Efficient Finance was founded in 2003 by a unique group of business leaders with a shared vision: using IT and real-time information to deliver financial services, efficiently.
Our focus is Financial Logistics - to streamline the financial aspects of trade, just as Supply Chain Logistics streamlined the physical aspects.
Efficient Finance has been operating successfully for more than three years in Israel, where the company was founded, and today is growing virally. Our AP securitization solution and platform supports hundreds of customers and partners including Israel's biggest banks and multinational corporations in electronics, retail, transportation and manufacturing.
EF's founders include the former co-general manager of Bank Hapoalim-Israel's largest bank, a former SVP in bank Hapoalim, the former CFO of Flextronics Israel and the former head of the IT infrastructure unit of IDF - the Israeli army's intelligence corps. Joining later in Israel and the US were the former president of the Israeli CPA association, the owner and chairman of El-Al Airlines, the former Chief Scientist of Commerce One and the former CEO of UMB bank. Collectively, the team's expertise spans corporate finance, banking, IT, commerce, law and accounting.
In 2006, Efficient Finance Inc. opened its offices in San Francisco to better serve our global customers.
